Hailing from the great state of Mississippi, Trey fell in love with coffee as a way to create positive change. Coffee was a means to bring jobs and hope to a rural town in Indiana. Trey's ever-inquisitive mind allowed him to increase the efficiency of coffee brewing extraction. Using craft beer brewing as a launching point, Trey has been the head tinkerer at Common Collabs, shattering the norms of the coffee industry.

Brant’s coffee story started in the late 90s when he interned at his family’s company, Wilbur Curtis Company (WCC). In 2009, he began his professional career at WCC, where he worked until it was acquired in 2019. During his career at WCC, he championed new technology, design, and extraction philosophies. His pursuit of innovation earned him multiple industry awards. Brant received his MBA from Pepperdine University in 2018.
